Refund Policy

 

At Zildia we offer you POS and Cloud invoicing platform that gives your business an edge with higher accuracy, faster checkout and enhanced customer service. We’d like to reiterate our commitment to servicing all your business needs with industry standard POS and invoicing solutions


 However, we’d like you to please note that all services rendered by Zildia are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but it is not limited to the Diamond, Gold and Platinum plans. In addition, if your account is canceled by our company for violation of this Agreement or our Terms of Use Policy, all payments made to Zildia become completely non refundable. Customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered. In the event that a customer files a charge back or other payment dispute, they will be considered to be in violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action.
